RIVERVIEW NURSING AND REHABILITATION ANNOUNCES NEW OWNERSHIP

(BOERNE, Texas) – Trinity Healthcare, LLC (“Trinity Healthcare”) is pleased to announce that an affiliate acquired the operations of Riverview Nursing and Rehabilitation effective July 1, 2020. Trinity Healthcare is a Fort Worth, Texas based company specializing in the operation and management of skilled nursing facilities in the Texas market.

There will be several exciting improvements such as new vendors, additional support personnel and renovations starting in the near future. Staff have been offered a position at the facility so residents will continue to see the same familiar faces providing care.
