COVID-19 Update:

  • As many of you are aware, the COVID-19 counts continue to increase across the country. We have not changed our policies for infection prevention and control related to COVID-19 and wanted to make sure everyone was aware of our continued measure to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in our nursing facility.

  • Everyone entering the facility including visitors and staff must be screened prior to entering the facility. Screening consists of getting your temperature read, answering a few questions, and having your facemask checked by the screener.

  • All visitors must wear an approved mask while in the facility. The mask must be worn at all times when you are in a common area, i.e., hallway, dining room, etc. as well as any designated visitor area.

  • Each resident may designate two essential caregivers who are allowed to visit a resident in their room if they are in a private room or in the designated visitor area. If the resident is vaccinated, the resident may choose to not practice social distancing with the essential caregiver and the essential caregiver does not have to wear a mask during the visit.

  • If you are not an essential caregiver, please contact the facility prior to visiting so the visit can be scheduled at a time when the facility can accommodate the visit while adhering to the Infection prevention and control practices.

  • We appreciate your cooperation with these requirements and if you have any questions, call or email anytime.
